1. Product Description & Specifications

  • All items are handmade and printed using the sublimation process, where designs are infused directly into the fabric to ensure long-lasting, vibrant colours that will not crack, peel, or fade easily.

  • Our t-shirts are crafted from 100% polyester, 200gsm weight — chosen for softness, durability, and optimum print quality.

  • We offer a wide range of designs and sizes. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering, as sizes may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of each item.

  • Colours shown on screens may vary slightly from the actual product due to different display settings; we make every effort to represent colours as accurately as possible.

  • As each piece is made individually, there may be minor, subtle differences in print placement or detail — this is part of the unique, handmade quality of our products.

2. Care Instructions

To preserve the quality, print, and lifespan of your garment, please follow these instructions carefully:

  • ✋ Hand wash only – Use cool or lukewarm water and a mild, non-biological detergent. Do not scrub or rub the printed area vigorously.

  • ❌ Do not bleach – Avoid bleach, whitening agents, or harsh chemicals, as these will damage the fabric and print.

  • 🔥 Iron on low heat only – If necessary, iron inside-out or place a clean cloth over the design. Do not apply high heat or iron directly onto the print.

  • ☀️ Hang to dry – Air dry in shade or indoors. Do not tumble dry, wring tightly, or dry in direct strong sunlight for long periods.

  • 🚫 Do not dry clean – Dry cleaning chemicals will damage the print and fabric.

  • Failure to follow these care instructions may result in damage to the garment or print, and will not be covered under our policy.

3. Ordering & Production

  • All items are made to order unless marked as in-stock. Production times will be stated clearly at checkout; please allow sufficient time for creation and printing before dispatch.

  • Once an order is placed, design and production begin immediately.

  • We strive to meet all stated delivery times, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., postal delays, supply issues).

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

4.1 Defective or Incorrect Items

  • We check every item carefully before dispatch. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair — whichever is most appropriate.

  • We will cover return postage costs for verified faulty or incorrect items.

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or dislike of design/colour — unless the item is faulty or incorrect as described above.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn, washed, or used items unless they are defective.


5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artwork, text, and images used on our products are owned by or licensed to us. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used in any way without prior written permission.

  • You may not resell or reproduce our designs for commercial purposes.

6. Liability

  • Our products are designed for general everyday wear. They are not intended for use as protective clothing or for specialised activities unless explicitly stated.

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from misuse, improper care, or incorrect use of our products.

  • Our maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the purchase price of the item.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the updated version is published.
