**1. About Us**
JCW Prints is a UK-based custom printing business specialising in personalised products including tumblers, mugs, 3D prints, UV DTF vinyl wraps, DTF printing, sublimation clothing, baby keepsakes, charms, and other personalised items.

**2. Placing an Order**
- By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
- For custom and personalised orders, you are responsible for ensuring all design details, names, spellings, dates, and images submitted are correct before ordering.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

**3. Custom & Personalised Orders**
- Where a proof is provided before printing, production will begin once you have approved it. Please check all details carefully — we cannot be held responsible for errors approved by you.
- Once production has begun on a personalised or custom item, the order cannot be cancelled or amended.
- Personalised and custom-made items are **non-refundable** unless they arrive faulty or damaged (see Section 6).
- **UV DTF & DTF prints** — all UV DTF and DTF printed items are made to order and produced specifically for you. They are non-refundable unless faulty, damaged, or they do not match the confirmed order details.
- **3D printed items** — all 3D printed products are made to order and may have slight variations in finish due to the nature of the printing process. Non-refundable unless faulty or significantly different from what was ordered.

**4. Processing & Dispatch**
- All orders are subject to a processing time of **3–5 working days** from the date of order confirmation (or proof approval, where applicable).
- Orders will be dispatched as soon as they are ready, which may be sooner than the maximum processing time.
- Delivery timeframes are determined by the shipping option you select at checkout. Estimated delivery times for each option are displayed during the checkout process.
- Processing time and delivery time are separate. Your delivery timeframe begins once your order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once your order has been handed over for delivery.

**5. Pricing**
- All prices are as displayed on our website at the time of ordering.
- We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

**6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items**
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered:
- Please contact us within **14 days** of receiving your order at info@jcwPrints.com.
- Include your order details and clear photographs of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement, reprint, or refund at our discretion depending on the circumstances.
- This applies to **all items**, including personalised, UV DTF, DTF, and 3D printed orders.

**7. Returns & Refunds — Non-Personalised Items**
- Non-personalised items may be returned within **14 days** of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Please contact us at info@jcwPrints.com. before sending anything back.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
- Refunds will be processed within **14 days** of receiving the returned item.

**8. Returns & Refunds — Personalised, UV DTF, DTF & 3D Printed Items**
- These items **cannot be returned or refunded** unless they are faulty, damaged, or do not match the confirmed order details.
- This is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes made-to-order and personalised goods from the standard right to cancel.

**9. Your Consumer Rights**
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

**10. Intellectual Property**
- Any designs, images, or artwork you submit remain your own. By submitting them, you confirm you have the right to use them and grant us permission to reproduce them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
- All original JCW Prints designs, branding, and content remain the property of JCW Prints and may not be reproduced without permission.

**11. Limitation of Liability**
To the extent permitted by law, JCW Prints shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or any delay in delivery.

**12. Governing Law**
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

**13. Changes to These Terms**
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website or placing an order constitutes acceptance of the current Terms & Conditions.
