Please read carefully before placing your order, By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION & MATERIALS

We specialise in handmade, custom-made items including:

  • Hot & Cold Insulated Tumblers: Double-wall stainless steel, sublimation printed, designed to keep drinks hot/cold.

  •  Snow Globe Tumblers: Filled with high-quality glitter, non-toxic liquid, finished with premium UVDTF wraps, faux ice & decorative charms included on selected sizes. Please note: Snow globe tumblers contain liquid & glitter — handle with care.

  •  UVDTF Wraps & 3D Printing: High-definition, durable, waterproof wraps & prints applied professionally to your item.

  •  Personalised Items: All items can be customised with names, text, or designs (+£2 per tumbler). Every item is made individually to order, meaning no two pieces are 100% identical — adding to their unique handmade charm!


 IMPORTANT CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• All items are HAND WASH ONLY (do not submerge, soak, or put in dishwasher).

• NOT microwave safe (stainless steel/metal items).

• Do not drop, bang, or apply excessive force — tumblers & snow globes are durable but NOT indestructible.

• Avoid extreme temperature shocks (e.g. pouring boiling water into a cold snow globe tumbler).

• Keep away from sharp objects & harsh chemicals/bleach.

 

PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND TIME

 Processing Time:


Most items have a FAST TURNAROUND of just 2 WORKING DAYS from payment & design confirmation 
Please note: This does NOT include shipping/delivery time. Busy periods, holidays, or complex designs may extend this slightly — we will always keep you updated!

Delivery:


UK Shipping available. Estimated delivery times are provided by couriers; we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or courier companies once the item has left our hands.

 

 RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

 STRICT POLICY — PLEASE READ 

 NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES are accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Ordered the wrong size/design
• Personalised / customised items (these are made specifically for you and cannot be resold)
• Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling

 THE ONLY EXCEPTION:
We ONLY accept returns or offer replacements/refunds IF the item is received DAMAGED, BROKEN, or FAULTY upon delivery.

 Reporting Damage/Faults:

• You must notify us WITHIN 48 HOURS of delivery 

• Clear photos/videos showing the damage, fault, and full packaging must be sent to us for proof.

• Claims made AFTER 48 HOURS will NOT be accepted.

 WHAT IS NOT COVERED / WE WILL NOT REPLACE:
We WILL NOT replace, refund, or accept liability for any damage, leaks, scratches, breakages, or faults caused by:
• Misuse, neglect, or improper care (e.g. dishwasher use, soaking, wrong cleaning products)
• Being dropped, knocked over, or handled roughly
• Normal wear & tear over time
• Accidental damage after delivery
• Minor glitter settlement or tiny air bubbles in snow globe tumblers (this is normal & not considered a fault)

All our items are thoroughly quality checked & photographed before dispatch — you will receive a perfect item when sent! 

 

CUSTOMISATION & PERSONALISATION

• All designs are created based on the information YOU provide. Please DOUBLE CHECK ALL spellings, names, colours, and details before paying — we print exactly what we are sent!
• We are NOT liable for errors in spelling or details provided by the customer.
• Colours may vary slightly from screen to real life due to monitor/phone display settings — this is not a fault.
• We reserve the right to refuse any design that is offensive, copyrighted, or inappropriate.

 

 ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once payment is made, your order is confirmed & goes straight into production. No cancellations are accepted once work has started.
