    All snow globe tumblers sold on this website are handmade, meaning each item is unique and may have slight variations in design, colour, or finish compared to product images. These tumblers contain small decorative parts and liquid inside the globe section.

    2. Safety Warning

    These products are not suitable for children under 5 years old due to small parts which may present a choking hazard. Adult supervision is recommended during use.

    3. Production & Processing Time

    Each tumbler is made to order. Production, assembly, and de-gassing processes take 2–3 working days from the date your order is confirmed and payment is cleared. Once completed and fully de-gassed, your order will be dispatched via your chosen delivery method.

    4. Liability & Breakages

    • We take great care when making and preparing your item for dispatch, however:

    • We will not be held responsible for any breakage, damage, or defect occurring after the item has been delivered to you.

    • We are not liable for any damage, leaks, or breakages caused by misuse, accidental damage, or any alterations or repairs carried out by yourself or a third party.

    • Once the item leaves our care, handling and use are entirely at your own risk.

    5. Delivery

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services or location. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
