1. Product Nature & Characteristics
All items are made using 3D printing technology. Due to the nature of this process, minor variations in surface texture, layer lines, or small imperfections may be present. These are not considered defects but are part of the unique character of each handmade piece. Colours may also vary slightly from photos due to lighting, screen display settings, and material batches.

3D printing is a time-consuming process. Estimated production times will be stated at the time of ordering. While we aim to meet these, delays may occasionally occur due to technical issues or material availability. We will keep you informed if this happens.
4. Material & Safety
Most items are printed using PLA. PLA is biodegradable and suitable for general indoor use, but it is not heat-resistant and should not be placed near heat sources, in direct sunlight for long periods, or used with food/drinks unless stated otherwise. Items are not toys unless clearly marked, and should be kept away from young children unsupervised.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund. We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to minor variations as mentioned in section 1, or if you simply change your mind, unless required by law. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty.
