Product Description & Characteristics
UV DTF wraps are high-quality printed transfers designed to adhere smoothly to a range of hard, flat or slightly curved surfaces. They are durable, water-resistant and scratch-resistant when applied correctly. However, as each item is printed individually, there may be minor variations in colour, position or size compared to product photos or digital previews – these are normal and do not affect performance or quality. Colours may also look slightly different on finished items compared to what appears on your screen due to display settings.
Application & Responsibility
We provide clear general application guidance, but you are responsible for the final result. Proper surface preparation (cleaning, drying, ensuring the surface is smooth and free from grease/dirt) and correct application technique are essential for the wrap to last. We cannot be held responsible for issues such as peeling, bubbling or damage caused by incorrect application, poor surface condition, or use on unsuitable materials. If you are unsure about suitability for your item, please check with us before ordering.
Colour & Size Matching
While we do our best to match colours and dimensions as closely as possible, perfect matches cannot be guaranteed. Small adjustments (up to around 2-3mm in size or slight shade differences) may occur due to printing and material properties. If your order requires exact sizing or colour matching for a specific purpose, please discuss this with us in advance.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
• We will replace or refund items if they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, provided you contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
• We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to minor variations as mentioned in section 1, if you change your mind, or if the result is unsatisfactory due to incorrect application or use on an unsuitable surface.
• Custom-made or personalised wraps are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has started, unless they are faulty.
Durability & Care
When applied correctly to a suitable surface, UV DTF wraps are long-lasting. However, they are not indestructible – avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaning tools, extreme heat or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight where possible, as these may shorten their lifespan or cause fading over time. We do not guarantee wraps will last indefinitely, as longevity depends heavily on how they are used and cared for.
Lead Times & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase. Delays may occasionally happen due to printing issues or supply problems – we will let you know as soon as possible if this occurs. Once items are with the courier, delivery times are out of our control, and we are not liable for delays caused by third-party services.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the cost of the item purchased. We are not responsible for any indirect or additional costs, losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
